    Joseph heeyai This is not a ordinary apk . so obviously you need to download System app installer from google playstore or you can directly copy paste it n system > app and then reboot your device

    Subhransu firstly you should be rooted in order to copy in system ... Ohk now lets get started use root explorer then goto system after going into system goto app folder and simply paste both files
